The House is located less than 2 miles from Augusta National, within walking distance with safe sidewalks to walk on the entire route. The House is located on a very spacious corner lot. Comfortable 3-bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, and one-half bath house with modern amenities and charm. The Master Bedroom is located on the first floor with a private bathroom. The stylish Kitchen is newly renovated with quartz countertops. Though only three minutes from Washington Road’s restaurants, grocery stores (including Publix, Kroger, and Lidl), and amenities, you will never know if from the quiet neighborhood. The loudest sound you will hear is the roar of the crowds from the Augusta National during Masters week - a sound audible from the front and back yard of the house.
After a long day at the course, come relax in the spacious living room or enjoy the beautiful Augusta spring weather with a refreshing drink on the front porch swing or the inviting screened-in side porch. Choose from several board games to play indoors or several outdoor yard games that are available for use, including dart board, corn hole, and disk golf. At the end of the day, go to sleep peacefully in one of the three lovely bedrooms.
The house also offers a laundry room with washer and dryer, Three Large Screened TV's with Master Tournament Channel streamed through Hulu, Coffeemaker, and Keurig machine.
