I called the hotel yesterday to add my husband’s name to the reservation and when he tried to check in today they refused to let him check in because I was not with him. Then they told him he could check in if he agreed to take a king room instead of double room which is what I reserved. So they lied about not letting him check in and did a bait and switch.

It was pretty frustrating showing up for the check in of a prepaid room (king bed), only to find out the hotel was out of the type of room I selected and they wanted to give me the cheaper room (queen bed) at the higher price I already paid for my selected room!

I didn’t get anything. This said I would get there was no ocean view. I wind it up looking at the top of a roof. The refrigerator was broken destroyed our food. The water was coming out of the faucet slow. It was horrible and I got all these additional charges never do it again.
