Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the living space has a large powder room. So many thoughtful things to make your stay a breeze like the gas grill on the patio (no propane hassle) and the outdoor shower to wash your feet when coming back from long walks on the beach.

Guest Access:

Parking is on-street. We will provide two visitor passes. Additional vehicles can be parked at the Stockton University or Tropicana Casino garages.



The Neighborhood:

Bartram Ave is located in the Lower Chelsea neighborhood of Atlantic City. This is considered the absolute best part of town. It’s accessible to the Casino strip by foot or Jitney and is just five blocks from Ventnor.



Getting Around:

It’s easy to park your car and lose your keys while in AC. You can grab a Jitney bus to any casino at the stop one block from the house, grab an Uber or simply walk or bike ride where you want to go.



Other Things to Note:

Bartram Beach Homes is committed to the safety and security of all involved during a booking and we ensure our owner’s homes are also protected. Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through our third-party provider, Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up to date with rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification.



We will also be emailing you the short-term rental agreement to sign via PandaDoc. To do this, we will ask for your email address outside of the Airbnb platform so we can send the agreement directly to you. Please sign it prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.



Additionally, to ensure a smooth and secure booking process, the person making the reservation must be the same as the cardholder whose payment method will be used to confirm the booking.
