Perfect studio

This property is well maintained and very clean. The location was perfect and parking is in secure garage. Bottom floor unit with porch that has access to the street. Owner was accommodating and responded quickly. I plan to stay here again next time I’m in Atlanta!

Pros: - Convenient area with lots of great dining and night life options (Pro tip: do your research ahead of time and make reservations where you can) - Very clean and secured studio apartment - Unit came with free parking in a secured garage on site - Property manager Aysia was awesome! Very communicative and responsive Con: - Location of the unit on the first floor is by the resident entrance, a train station and surrounding night clubs which made for a lot of street light and noise. We stayed over the weekend so it was especially busy and made for hard nights sleep.
