An ideal lower level of a home with pool table, theater room, TV, Xbox, private washer/dryer, full size refrigerator, microwave & multiple playrooms available upon request (crib, bassinet, etc) for entertaining and hosting special family gatherings or for a staycation! Private kitchenette (no stove but there is a full size fridge and microwave) plus private access through the patio door. Fenced backyard and deck access. Driveway parking (no garage parking).
