Great location away from all the evening noise, and less then a 5 minute walk to Dam Square. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Our beds were very comfortable, and there is even a balcony right outs side the front desk for smoking :-)

Very good location - a few blocks from Dam Square. Very friendly staff, my room was near front desk and had a balcony. Stairs are a challenge, 37 steps. An older building and that is the only way to enter

We had a good stay, staff was nice and welcoming, bedding was clean, shower was hot, we was happy we had balcony so we could smoke, only down side to our stay was we did not have kettle in our room, they had one at reception for all to use. I would stay again.

I was eaten alive by bedbugs. When I woke up at 4am so itchy and looked around to what was happening I saw them crawling on the bed and on the walls. Do not stay here!

I truly am sad to review this hotel poorly as it has so many great points! First you may miss the entrance as it is just a basic man door in between businesses. You and your luggage will need to travel 2 stories on steep/very short stairs that your foot will not fit on. IF u manage that, you will be at reception. 5 stars for Staff! I think I am running out of space here. Balcany was fabulous, Room was more spacious than usual in Europe (I am Cdn). I requested a Porter to assist with my luggage that I was more than willing to pay handsomely, I was told that would not happen. Anywho Fabulous location IF you are Very FIT.

Run down, steep, bathroom needs to be replaced, windows needs sorting, bedroom floor needs to be sorted and it was mentioned that there was a safe and fridge in the rooms which there wasn’t. It’s clear the cleaning staff are trying their best but the rooms need to be redone. A lot of other complaints were made by other guests during the stay which speaks for itself! It’s cheap and doable for a couple nights but I would look elsewhere beforehand

Extremely Disappointing Stay! We tried to cancel our stay after reading reviews about bed bugs, but the hotel refused. They told Expedia.ca they would ensure a “well-appointed” room, yet what we received was far below that promise. While the sheets appeared clean, most of the room was poorly maintained — curtains hanging off the rail, ceiling tiles with water damage, and flooring peeling up. An outdoor patio table had been brought inside from the balcony. There was no hand soap or tissues, and the bathroom smelled musty. Common areas were dirty, and balconies had cigarette butts floating in containers. The fire alarm went off three times during our stay; the receptionist said it was due to showers, and no evacuation or notice was given. One morning there was no hot water, apparently off since the day before, with no notice to guests. We didn’t encounter bed bugs, thankfully, but overall the hotel was in poor condition and far below the quality expected from an Expedia listing.

That was disgusting and grossest place I’ve ever been to as soon as I checked in, walked into the room and checked out this unacceptable place disgusting a role and I have all the pictures to prove it mold on the bathroom ceiling yellow stains on the old towels inappropriately cleaned from previous guest sexual toys. Condoms were left from two days prior to my stay. Never stay here. The staff in the checking area has no patient doesn’t wanna hear what you have to say. Nothing completely unaware of customer service.
