Wonderful town, nice property

We stayed because property is between IA State Fair, and our extended family in Minburn. Kids/Grandkids came down from Twin Cities and we from Chicago. Adel is a nice town and property is convenient in a nice neighborhood. Home is large and comfortable, property from 1930's? All appliances and kitchen and beds were in good shape. (Appreciated the A/C)! We had to work out some issues with the owner, but she responded quickly and appropriately. We all had a great time.

Excellent stay

The owners were great communicators and answered every question in a prompt and efficient manner. The house was awesome! The kids loved it and want to come back next year.
