"We stayed one night on Thursday and I think we were the only one there. So we had a very quiet and private time. A very charming, beautiful garden with a small creek running through. My dog loved running around. It is right across from Mono Lake. We got up early to watch the sunrise as the friendly staff strongly recommended it. Glad we did because it was breathtaking! They had a nice deck with benches built to sit and watch the sunrise. That was outstanding. They are currently building a stage to host concerts and events. That would be really charming. The 395 runs right in the front but no noise bothered us over night. In the morning time, you hear trucks go by seldomly. We are early risers and it didn't bother us at all. The room was huge with a king size bed, cozy living room, fully stocked kitchen and a Large Refrigerator. The white towels were clean and fluffy, I was impressed. I highly recommend it. "
