We felt like for the price we paid, that this hotel was old and run down. Compared to other places on the strip, it seemed like an old motel. The casino and decor felt old and tired. There is a nice garden area, but nothing nice around pool. The pool area was super crowded. They played the music so loud you couldn’t hear anyone unless they talked right in your ear. Unless you paid for a cabana, there was basically no shade at the pool. The water was freezing cold. They supposedly upgraded us, but the room was very basic. Did not even have coffee maker. The shower only had a half door, so water got all over the floor and you felt cold unless you were directly under the water. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were nice. Resort fees were over $50 and parking was $20, so have to take that into consideration when booking. Checking in was time consuming and confusing. No one explained how the room key worked with the elevator. Room key supposed to let you out of parking garage and it only worked part of the time. Overall, unhappy with stay. Won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend.

I didn’t appreciate the check-in was a little difficult and there was no access Room near the elevator, knowing that I registered somebody with a disability and had to walk to Timbuktu just for the room also, there was no electricity in the room when arriving Had to call twice to the front desk to see if they can get it fixed.

Because of mobile check-in, I rarely interacted with staff, which I loved. The air conditioner in the room barely worked. It was set to 65 degrees but never dropped below 73. Someone from maintenance came to fix it, but the cool air lasted about ten minutes.
