most comfortable bedding. awesome rainshower. both important traits driving my decision to return to this hotel. however, new management has reduced services significantly (no housekeeping, body lotion and other toiletries withheld, gym and restaurant closed for renovation). check-in was a mess, taxi dropped off on 2nd floor, we had to take the elevator to 1st floor and then haul to down to ground floor. waited a long time for check in. front desk was understaffed with inexperience personnel has made this establishment more like a motel. baggage hold was just a large pile of unguarded luggage in the tiny lobby. guests were asked to identify and remove their belongings without any ticket check. they could have collected property that did not belong to them. unsecured wifi was yet another indicator of a less impressive management.
