Modern but not well designed. No place to sit down and properly use the computer in the entire hotel. They are trying out new things like self check in and check out but do not provide sufficient guidance to guests before hand resulting in a relatively chaotic check in process. Unlikely to ever visit this hotel again.

Hi Derek, thanks for providing your feedback. I am sorry you did not enjoy the check-in experience via the kiosks. We do have Mission Control crew present in the lobby to assist with the process and apologise if this help was not provided to you. We are currently looking at how we can improve the rooms to include a dedicated writing desk as the existing pull-out desk does have some limitations. We do have Komyuniti bar & restaurant is designed as a communal area for guests who may want some more space to work. It is located on level 10 of the Hotel and has its own studio area for guests to utilise for work. I'm disappointed you are unlikely to stay with us again however we appreciate you giving us a try.
