Everything about the experience was terrible. The hotel is in a secure area of the airport that you cannot enter unless you have gone through airport security. Our airline didn't have check in until 3 hours before the flight. This information was not shared in a helpful way prior to making the reservation. We didn't know we had by passed our opportunity to get to the airport as we exited the airport. We tried to contact Orbits who we booked with. Orbits just connected/Sent/forwarded all of our emails to them to the hotel. Then hotel just responded that we needed to talk to Orbits because they were the booking agent. We got the ultimate run around with no one to help. We didn't make it to the hotel and we had to book another hotel. It is probably the end of us using Orbitz and the Aerotel looses points with us for using Orbitz to book such a complicated property. It was a really crummy situation to be in and not be able to get help.
