Beautiful property, close to the airport and a great value. Very pretty, wonderful people as well. Gift shop is insanely expensive -$50 for sun screen???!!!- and the food was just ok. Overall though it was a nice experience.

Clean, great dining options. Drinks were good you just have to know what to order (have options ready) they make it all! Had a storage pool for kids which was great as well, nice night life on the resort for adults who want to hang out. Pool closes at 7pm Sun goes down around 6:30 so wasn’t inconvenient at all! I’ll sure visit again maybe even take my kids next time!

We absolutely loved our time at Jewel Palm Beach Resort last week. Just two girlfriends looking to take a break from those cold NE winters and we found it here. The resort was safe and clean. The staff was very attentive friendly all the time. Will definitely come back again if the opportunity arises.

The resort is very nice. Our room, however, was not really nice. The bathroom especially was in terrible condition. The bed was nice; the other furniture in the room was old and beat up. The location was very convenient to everything. We stayed in building 9. The food options were very good; lots of variety.

I really liked all the pool options. The club area for a more quiet relaxing time and the swim up bar pool where all the action is. The beach is gorgeous and the food is delicious. The staff are so friendly and really know how to make it a fun time. I would like to see more chairs and umbrella/shade options.

It was our first time in the Dominican Republic and I enjoyed the hotel the only complaint is they did not have enough activities on the property it was basically the same thing every day other then that the staff the restaurants especially the buffet were all great I would Come back!
