I will love to go back soon this year

The outside grounds and pool area was nicely kept up and clean. The majority of the staff was very nice with the exception of a few grumpy ones . We had requested a room with two queen beds and when we checked in at 11:30 pm we were given a room with a king size bed for 3 people. No other rooms were available so we had to wait for them to bring in a twin. Communication with the staff was very difficult most only spoke Spanish. Bathroom in room you could tell was never cleaned and lack of towels was scarce. We had to call for three days straight just to get extra pillows. Food and drinks were ok. Several groups of teenagers on break that came in around 4:30 very noisy. Elevator was broken for several days near the room and you could hear it beeping all night. Several people had reported it broken but it seemed that nothing was urgent enough to be fixed.

Electricity ( power ) was gone in our room for 2 hours , then locker ( safe) stop working , we had to call to open it . Other wise was good

Extremely satisfied with our stay. Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. You can tell when a hotel focuses on guests satisfaction. Some just care about profit and do very little to invest and maintain their reputation. Majestic does everything possible to make sure guests enjoy their stay. From something as simple as checking in early before arriving to the actual hotel to a simple greet and smile. We definitely felt comfortable and at home and highly recommend it to anyone. P.S. - Bernadel at the bar near the lobby entrance is the best bartender. Will make sure your drink is great or he will insist on redoing it until he gets it right.

Such friendly and kind staff, beautiful beach and an all around wonderful stay.

I would start with the things that need improvement, The food in the buffet was very blend, the Souvenir stores were not representing the hotel well and customer service was poor , I tried to return a pair of sandals 2 days later and they told me that it was over 36 hrs ; however they didn’t offer an exchange. At the nightclub there was not a security guard checking guests entering, there was no alcohol control and I would recommend to only use plastic cups as there was a broken glass on the floor that was cleaned by the guests. Other than that the room was always cleaned, customer service was good but the overall atmosphere was missing more of the Caribbean vibes, like more activities or things to do inside the resort during the day. We loved the International and Michael Jackson shows, the VIP cocktails with the pianist was entertaining. Both restaurants that needed reservations were fantastic and very flavorful! The Beach and pools were clean most of the time and customer service was on point!
