Common areas and rooms are nice. The main problem is the hotels proximity to I5. When I entered my room it was so noisy I thought the patio door was open because of how loud the freeway noise was. Unfortunately, it was closed, and the rooms are just not well insulated from sound. The other problem I had, was the hvac unit in my room did not respond to any adjustments, and the fan would go on and off randomly and make a ton of noise while starting up....

Excellent food for breakfast and dinner. We live locally and stayed because we had 3 days of open house at our house we are selling. Husband said he’d stop by for dinner some time it was so good. Especially the sliders. Everyone friendly. Missed the pool since it was closed. 🙁

The hotel was perfect for our trip. Large room, clean and great location. The bed was horribly uncomfortable, you could feel the springs through the mattress and it dipped in the middle. The hotel needs to get new mattresses. I also feel there is no need for $10 a night parking fee. The lot it plenty big.

I am a very loyal Crowne Plaza repeat guest. It’s my favorite place to stay in the Portland area! However, I was very disappointed to find out upon arrival that the pool/hot tub was under construction. Had I known, I would’ve booked something closer to the event I was attending. When I expressed my frustration that it wasn’t disclosed during the booking process, there was no effort to offer an upgrade, complimentary drink at the bar, etc.
