Staff were all very kind & helpful & met all our needs. Amenities were not fancy but were all we needed!
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and though there weren’t many walkable shops and restaurants, you didn’t have to go far to get to these things.
The hotel room was roomy and comfortable. We got take-out and ate in the room, which had a sitting area and kitchenette. The beds were comfortable, the room clean. We'd stay there again.
Spacious and clean plus relatively new! However night front desk not very welcoming plus doors locked. Fortunately guest opened door. Next parking was 39.99 per night yet the entrance sign said $39.99 first night with $16 subsequent nights. However after supervisor knew about this she called to room and asked me where I saw the sign. Then it was taken down immediately. Obviously there was something to hide! Anyway not a problem because we probably wouldn’t return even though the stay itself wasn’t bad! Nice housekeeping staff and overall good experience!
The apartment was very clean and nice. Even small kitchen included. The only annoyance was the conditioner - it was very strong and noisy despite its central one. No matter how we changed the temperature settings it kept turning on all night. Otherwise the hotel was very quiet and convenient. Location is convenient, good restaurants at walking distance. The breakfast was very good.
The front desk man was super nice and inviting. The room was very clean and cute. Feels safe and comfortable.
The property was amazing. It was nice it was clean. The pool area was clean. They always had towels stocked. The floors needed a little bit more sweeping from whoever was in there before crumbs were underneath around the cabinet and dishwasher area. Bedding was clean and soft. had a pretty comfortable sleep even the pull out was pretty clean and soft. My kids said it was comfortable. I did have a really big issue with having to pay extra for a room that I actually already paid for extra on orbits but when I checked and they said that that was all they had and you trying to get what you get when you book on a third-party even though I booked the studio or one bedroom king suite and they gave us a studio in order for us to have that door privacy from our kids. We had to pay an extra upgrade for the two nights we were there so I’m pissed about that and I will be reaching out to orbit to rectify the situation instead of $300 in change your night. We ended up paying $460 which was not in our budget and threw everything off.
Hotel was FILTHY and under full on renovation with zero disclosure until arrival. Hotel lobby and elevator were so filthy, didn’t look like it has been cleaned for months. The room had hairs in shower and on bed. I requested for a room change, the new room wasn’t any better. Trash were left behind, hair was in shower and on top of bed. The bedsheets for the sofa bed was the wrong size. Overall terrible experience, will NEVER stay here again and do not recommend anyone to stay here.
Clean, quiet, right on the water front. It needs updating. There was no place to charge any device. Parking fee seemed high.
I was never told I was to pay $40 a day for parking but found that out when I got there I also booked the hotel because they had a pool but wasn’t available or open! They should update their policies on their website so we don’t get tricked

Room was ready to and we even arrived an hour early. The crib we requested was already set up in the room as well. They were on top of their game and the greeting staff was pleasent. Second time we have stayed here and I'm sure we'll be back again for our next Portland wknd get away
