Best Hotel in Portland
Service at this hotel is some of the best I’ve ever had - the staff were friendly and helpful - would definitely recommend.
This is one of the BEST hotels I’ve ever stayed. Rooms are huge, clean, and the beds are comfy!! Need something? The staff were amazing and helpful on must see places. LGBTQ and pet friendly. Hotel is situated on the corner of SW Broadway and SW Harvey Milk. Pacific Crust Pizza connect to the hotel. Walking distance to coffee shops and small restaurants. Parking is across the street.

I didnt like that there was a hair left in our coffee cups in the room and was not replaced after giving staffing notice of it.
The decor was pleasant. Bad is the area around it has limited everything due to riots and social violence. No fault to the hotel, but it affexts the rating. The hotel needs a bar to offer its residents.
The staff was incredible in helping us with all of our needs, from delivering a microwave to our room to giving night live and restaurant recommendations. The location is downtown and the only downside was some things in the middle of the city were shut down due to COVID and/or protests. The staff was so kind and the hotel had amazing artwork and and vibe. Would definitely recommend.

Thank you so much for the feedback. We are working on getting the bar up and running but unfortunately due to the pandemic, our restaurants closed and we are still looking for someone to fill the space! Hopefully next time you visit, we will have that available to you.
