Loved the ease of the shuttle transport for rental car drop-off back to hotel. The front desk staff was professional and courteous. The staff in the restaurant/ bar was superb! Overall very professional and friendly crew of employees all around. It is a testamount, I hope, to the professionalism that is shown from the top to the bottom. Great experience. The shuttle to and from the airport went perfectly. The room was nice. I was originally assigned a ground floor room, but when I texted the hotel concierge, they moved me to the fourth floor, which was nice. My digital room key didn’t always work, so I asked for a plastic key as backup. The rooms were clean and I felt safe. It’s an airport hotel, so no restaurants or shops within walking distance. I enjoyed my stay.

I wish we had the breakfast buffet. I remember staying here when we had the breakfast buffet at no cost. The room is good and clean. But i don’t think i would stay here again with the high price and no complementary breakfast buffet.

Just stayed one night for a nearby concert. Food was good and the rooms are clean if not a little sterile. Not a lot of charm but it is a hotel for the business class and it did the job for us.

Less than optimal
We had multiple reservations for the same room type. The others arrived before us and got rooms on 3rd floor. They put us on the 5th floor because they said we had a "business class" room. The only difference we saw, and confirmed with hotel staff, was two small throw pillows on the couch. Then the elevators broke. No accommodation for having to carry our luggage down 5 flights of stairs. The front desk even charged me for a cup of coffee even though the elevators were broken. They do not care at all, they got my money and I can just piss off.
