Rooms are dated for the price point. They skimp on things like cheap toilet paper/tissues and the sheets are stained and beds are messily made. Was very disappointed in the room but the grounds are beautiful.
Check in process took a long time (very lengthy lines and few staff) Rooms could use an update but are clean. Prices on food and drink very inflated especially at the pool.

Fantastic stay with my granddaughters. They truly had a great time. Room was excellent and bed was so comfortable. Can't wait to return. One thing that could be improved: Have childrens' size meals available in the water park. It was so expensive to order and the portions were huge, more than we could eat. If you could do like a meal with 2 chicken fingers and fries, at a much reduced price, it would make families much happier!
I would say the surrounding area is very unsafe. The room was old. Damp and smelled like Mildew. Called to complain about the construction and was told. Sorry it’s not all day. Thanks bye And hung up on! They didn’t come to clean out room til 6pm. Would not go back

We had a gymnastics competition there and the facilities were so convenient and catering!! We got to have a party in the waterpark! Loved having multiple pool/hot tub options as well!

Best resort we have ever stayed at!!!! We stayed here two nights, for our 41st wedding anniversary. The room was incredible! The grounds are beautiful. The food is great. The staff are fantastic! We spent a day at the water park and we rented a cabana. We had a very relaxing and wonderful day. Our only regret: we wish we knew about this place for the past several decades! We will be back!!!!
