Everything was great except for the maids knocking on our door so early. We were staying 2 nights and I think maids should know ahead of time of stay-overs. That was the only flaw. Also the coffee shop didn't make our coffees the way we ordered them.

Great weekend stay!
The property was conveniently located and the grounds were well kept, clean and beautiful. The room was very clean and tidy and very comfortable and quiet. The staff were very friendly, kind, courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel when visiting the Phoenix area.

Mattress had springs, I expected foam. A valley was beginning to form. No complimentary coffee, very thing had a price. Some of the checkin staff's response to things needing repair was "sorry about that". Others got it fixed. Place needs a better manager who walks around and sees what needs attendion.
