Killer AC, which is so welcome when it is hot and humid outside. Good location, short walk to ferry and cruise terminals, the famous market, other shopping and awesome Rapido Pizza. Extremely friendly and helpful front desk staff make it both a breeze and a pleasure to stay here. Just wish they’d put out some breakfast, as they did a couple years ago.

This is the perfect room for a lovely stay downtown. It is not too far from restaurants or the pier. It is a very clean room and the staff are excellent. The hotel itself is a bit run down, but it has a San Francisco charm and the room itself is comfortable.
