Very nice hotel with nice amenities. There is a pool but no hot tub (there used to be a hot tub but they have covered it up). The room had fancy shower products and a nespresso machine and hot water kettle. Bed was comfy and there was extra pillows in the closet.

My family and I had a good experience at Novotel in Ottawa. The room was exceptionally clean and the front desk staff very pleasant. Julie and Bonita in The Albion Rooms were superb hostesses each morning when we went for breakfast. The only issue was the lack of parking on site. We were not informed until check-in that the underground parking was unavailable and we had to park under the Rideau Centre across the road. Access to this lot was not easy or convenient. Prior notice of the parking issue would have been helpful.
