Parking garage was full and offsite parking is couple of blocks away needing shuttle. For thr inconvenienceit should have been free but they cahrged $36CAD. Elevators take lots of time to get. Cleanliness could have been better. Premium veiw is good but doea not have uninterupted view as there is the acasino between the two falls.

Our family suite was amazing with an awesome view of the falls. Hotel room was clean. One of the best hotels that I have stayed at. Located near casino and walking distance to many restaurants. Very happy with our stay would definitely come back.

Hilton Fallsview Niagara Fall March 16, 2024 Check in was disorganized and lengthy. Large beautiful Lobby was jam packed with people. Very slow moving and noisy. About 40 people in line. Frustration exhibited by other guests. Front desk personnel trying to cope but did not do well. A lot of commiseration and disorganization amongst staff. Perhaps it was computer system failures. The nice front desk person that assisted me, Anthony, insisted that my reservation was for a "City" view room. He required me to show him my reservation email twice which confirmed that I booked and paid for a Fallsview room. He rectified the error and indicated that Avion booked it through Expedia and it was their fault. Credit Card terminal did not work and all of my CC details handwritten on clipboard for future entry. 3 types of Parking.Indoor for $85, Valet for $100 and Outdoor for $65. Indoor Parking was all FULL. Outdoor was available if willing to take a SHUTTLE to and from your Car! Valet was apparently Full too but I begged the lovely attendant and ended up with Valet Parking. After taxes it was $125.00. View from my hotel room window showed the Casino property across the street had Valet for $75. Wish I saved the begging and $50.Elevators not readily available. Guests were provided with a piece of paper showing the Green Yellow and Red timeframes which represented the predicted elevator delay throughout the day! Live insect on my bathroom floor was disconcerting! Bedding was great
