We fully prepaid our trip on Orbitz. They said you have to pay a 200 $ deposit or you are not going to be checked for a stay. I have no questions than answers. No descriptions about 200 $ security deposit as mandatory.
I stayed at the Liberty Suites last year. Sadly, I don’t think the property is as nice as it was then. I did have a different kind of room and perhaps I was spoiled last time by the washer and dryer, the beautiful view and the cleanliness. The room was a bit dismal and kind of smelled like seat. I would probably stay here again, just not ask for this kind of room again.
Nowadays and after COVID, having carpets everywhere is unhealthy.
Overall the suite was well laid out for our stay. We were a group of 4. For our 5 night stay- despite asking for our room to be cleaned (3x), it was only cleaned once. The garbage was never emptied since the first nights stay. Given the rate we are paying- I’m very disappointed with the level of service. The continental breakfast was appreciated, but it would have been nice to have some variety.
I had a real pleasant stay, will definitely stay again.
Really recommend it. Clean rooms, perfect services.

A security deposit is a standard procedure in hotels, my apologies if you felt it was not justified. All of our public spaces along with all the bathrooms and the kitchens in the rooms are tiled not sure why you felt the carpets are unsafe…rest assure that we take great care in keeping all carpets clean by steam cleaning on a regular schedule. In Checking our log book a do not disrupt sign was left on the outside of the door this explains why our maids did not enter your room my opologies for the missed communication.
