My only problem with the whole experience was the same problem i had last year. Last year they asked me to call a few days in advance to make sure they were aware of my need of a hadicap room. I need a room that has no tub, a walk in shower is needed and room for my scooter. This visit i needed 2 hadicap rooms, i for my sister and her husband and one for myself and daughter. One of the rooms had to have a shower chair or bench. I called 3 or4 days ahead and spoke directly to the staff where i was staying. The woman assured me that i had indeed had 2 rooms on the first floor near each other, so we could be close to each other. And that she would make sure the shower chair would be in the room for my sister. When we arrived, my sister was on another floor. I explained what i was told and the young woman at the front desk told me they do not assign rooms in advance and what she had was all she had. She also said that a shower chair was in my sister's room and it was not. It was in my room as well as a bench, my sister had niether. My daughter and i have been staying at Marriott hotels there and across the street at their first hotels on Flamingo drive, for 6 years and we enjoy their hotels, that is why we continue to stay there. I don't understand why i have so many issues about getting what i request, every time. They always come up with a room that can meet my needs, but it always happens after i arrive and find out that i do not have the room i have requested. I make the re
