This hotel is “fine”. Nothing special. I had silly issues. For example, some of the tv channels didn’t work and the toilet paper holder was installed too tightly and therefore the roll would not move. I was also annoyed at the checkin process, there was an extra fee I had to pay at checkin. Since this was a work trip, I would have preferred to just pay this at booking. Now I have to submit to be reimbursed.

This hotel is located across the street from Universal. This is the perfect location if you are planning on attending the theme parks. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Parking was only an issue once on a busy weekend day. Overall it was a great stay and I would definitely stay again.

When we arrived our room smelled like urine. I asked to switch rooms which they did and the bathroom had hair on the floor like it hasn’t been vacuumed.
