I want Orbitz to contact me concerning my stay. We stood in unit 705 and dealt with a dripping ceiling in two different areas due to issues with the air conditioning. We were told that we would be placed in another room, however that never happened. Had to put towels on the floor to collect water and contacted the front desk every single day to have it fixed. They puttied / painted the wall and ceiling on three separate days which had a very strong odor and a huge inconvenience to us. The leaks were finally addressed on the last day. We paid for a relaxing hassle free stay and had everything but that. I have pictures that track the issues we dealt with.

I liked the beautiful beach te hotel was clean, all of the staff were very nice. the buffet had many choices and the food was very good! I wish the adultt one had a better casino. we stayed at the Palace. we enjoyed ourselves very much.

The service wasn’t great, staff needs to be more informative if the amenities the resort has and the activities. The food was not bad, but the fact that you couldn’t make reservations for the La carte restaurants wasn’t ideal.
