It's all inclusive but 3 of the 5 nights we were there we had to find alternate place to eat because all the all inclusive restaurants were booked and we didn't want to eat at the buffet AGAIN. There really needs a new method of booking reservations because when you arrive, the first two nights are already completely booked by people who are already there. Therefore I would not go all inclusive again. The rooms weren't great. Can use an update. Musty, flat pillows, mold in parts of the room. The grounds were nice. The best beach. No trouble finding lounge chairs.

The property was very clean and well-maintained throughout. The staff was friendly and courteous. The food was surprisingly good at every restaurant, including the "buffet." This was our third visit and will return again.

It was my 2nd time to this resort. Food was much better in 2018.This time you didn't have to many options of choice. Overall, the staying was good.

Just got back from a wonderful five night stay at Divi. We did a good amount of research before booking, including reading several reviews. Overall, the resort was a pleasure. I found myself telling my wife that I felt some of the negative reviews were a bit harsh. Divi is an older, but modernized, established resort. It is nothing very fancy but quite reliable. The service is quite good and unlike other reviews we found that it had several pleasant food options. The buffet offered a good selection of options for all three sittings. With a little creativity you can utilize different cuisines from the buffet to enhance to your liking, i.e. use the roasted chicken for your taco meat as an alternative. The specialty restaurants can be hit or miss, we thought Red Parrot and Paparazzi were very good but Ginger was a lackluster let down. The beach is absolutely spectacular and significantly better at Divi than on the sister property. We will definitely return and looking forward to it already.
