Helpful staff and clean facilities, but the overall room quality was less than expected. The room was outdated a bit and the room floor decor/ambiance didn't match the decor/quality look of the lobby/1st floor area. There were families on vacation, and people congregating in the halls and sitting on the floor. I had to step over people, sitting on the floor, to get to my room.
