The staff was super friendly and helpful but the water that came out of the faucet was SUPER cloudy and undrinkable, which is suprising for NYC because the water is so good. One of the elevators was also broken which resulted in super long wait times and even carrying our luggage down 13 flights of stairs.

Rooms were very small and felt heavily worn. Staff was friendly but hotel was packed. Waited on lines. For the price, I should’ve stayed somewhere nicer. I wouldn’t pay more than $180/night for this place.

Human hair on bed found when prepared to sleep, it was about 1 am and they sent some guy that could barely put it, first he gave us the new sheets like we supposed to do it ourselves but then we asked he and he did. Not everything changed some of them still stayed old sheets cuse he was in a delay and we just wanted to sleep. Not clean a room I paid for. And I regret it I had a terrible night because of this!! Shame on you 4 stars hotel..

There is an obvious staff focus on customer satisfaction. Thanks for making this extra effort. It is noticed and appreciated. Noticed from check in with Kim and Edwardo. Both were friendly, helpful and an absolute delight. Look forward to the restaurant coming back on line.

Sweet Hotel
It was great value for the price and was a sweet little boutique hotel. I had one major issue with my room which the staff worked to solve. As it wasn't resolved by checkout they generously took a substantial amount off my bill. The service was great.
