Great place to stay.. Very clean and practical room but there was no fridge (big issue). Location not bad, little away from subway. I would stay again.
The pictures are deceiving. The hotel is a one star property. The building, elevators and especially the hallways smell awful. The lobby and restaurant were disappointing. Wifi didn't work. I would have changed hotels if it wasn't so late when I arrived. The staff was nice enough.
It’s very clean however staff at front desk is very difficult to communicate with & some certain front desk workers are not nice.
The building could use some updating. Although they did keep it clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was pretty safe. A nice perk is they have a luggage storage for you to leave your bags after check out while you enjoy the city and can return for them later at no extra cost. The rooftop lounge is outstanding! Beautiful at night!
I only started for one night, but in that short time i can say i had a pleasant stay. The staff was nice,and place very clean. the only negative thing i can say is that the parking was a little hard.

Horrible customer service, no pool, no free breakfast, room floor dirty, bathroom shower leaked, toilet clogged up amd no plunger throughout all hotel, no refridgerator, super tiny rooms, no microwave.
Nice and quiet neighborhood. Close to a corner store and just a couple blocks from a train station.

Clean and beautiful view of the city skyline, especially at night. We are on the 8th floor and it does take a while for the hot water to get here. Once here it was great, but i did have to run the shower a while before it got hot.
I thought it was ideal in location.
The hotel was very clean… but only provided two towels and to medium towels no washcloths … the view form rhe room was supposed to be a city view but it was on the 4 th floor plus didn’t have much aid a view unless you stick your head out the window
I stayed here for the weekend for my Birthday. I had 4 different groups of people that rented rooms and we made reservations for the vista sky lounge on the roof top. The hotel was not that clean the rooms had an odor. No microwave, no refidger
No rooftop...06:30 a.m. we can’t sleep because was a couple fighting in the room in the morning and we didn’t have a breakfast... breakfast
