Not worth 250$-300$ a night and safe was very short upon check in - I don’t think he made eye contact with me once - otherwise decent sized room (for New York)
Never was told ahead of time of the fees. Was told I would be returned my $300 deposit but once checkout came I was charged fees I already paid
The positive items... The lobby is really cool with a galley exposition. There is a bar in the lobby that looks up through the pool glass floor which is also cool. The negative, the rooms are not functional at all, there is nowhere to put anything and we were there in summer so less clothes. Also the rooms are not maintained well, our shower curtain was falling off and dirty, the towel rack was hanging off the wall, the chairs in the room were also broken. The pool looks cool but it's $80 PER PERSON and your $50 a day resort fee does not cover that? Not sure what the $50 resort fee was for because the only part of the resort to me would be the pool? Also there is a club on the roof that plays music all night long so you will niot be getting any sleep in your room.
The hotel was short staffed, but they did the best they could. I felt a little rushed, checking in the condition of the room, it was very small, very very small for the price. I’m not sure if it was a good deal.
there is a nightclub in the first floor with loud music until 4 a.m. very difficult to sleep. fights in front of hotels, cars blowing their horns after leaving the club, police. staff is not very friendly
