Front desk clerk upon arrival was not friendly. Thought it was a bad day, but the next day she was just as rude. She needs to be more customer-oriented rather than task-oriented. Perhaps that will refocus her priorities. The other clerks were extremely friendly, which brought her behavior to the front. Also, vending machines were out of water. It was horrible to be without water. Especially when the gift shop attached has inconsistent hours of operation.
