The gentleman who checked us in was amazing. It was a short walk to and from grand central and the subway. They have k9 in the lobby and lots of security also so you feel very safe. My daughter and I came for the harry potter attractions and play, the hotel was definitely perfect for our weekend. The view, especially at night, was absolutely amazing also!!!! Can't wait to go back.

Everything was great from the staff to the rooms and service. I didn’t like that I had to $100/night to park in the garage though. Truly feel you guys should change that for your guests. I went down the street and $100 for the 4 days what I had to pay for one night at your hotel and that’s the only issue I had.
