Decent hotel for location
Decent hotel and cant beat location right in the middle of the city. Hotel and rooms could definitely use an upgrade. Bathrooms really deserve some sprucing up. You know its needed when you cant tell if its dirty or worn or both. Bed and TV seemed to be fairly new but channels limited. Nice kitchenette but didnt really use outside microwave and refrigerator. Overall you can't beat the price for location but the amenities need to be better for the fees we paid, not worth it. Great location but needs a serious update. Overall stay for what we needed was met, sleep and hit the town again. Would stay again, but look for other options in area around same price range if more up to date.

I would like to say something about the laundry situation. I'm glad that it is a free service. However, I have never felt stressful just doing the laundry because some of the washers and dryers are not fully functional. and no instructions given which is which can be used.I spent 3 hours in the laudry room for just free shirts and pants. My 2nd experience was one of the staff was loading the hotel's pillowcases and was about to start the washing and I politely asked him if I could use one of the washer since he occupied the two washer at the same time. He oblided however his actions contradicted because he unloaded all the pillow cases in harsh throwing way on the floor. I dont know what his problem but his action was not appropriate. I am completely aware that he was trying to do his washing job and finish all the chores. I felt bad of his action. I didnt ask his name though. I strongly recommend to the management that they have to put specific time for guest laundry time and staff laundry time since we are both sharing same laudry room. or improve their laundry room and let the guest pay for small fee and use that payment for improvement of the room.
