The pool was super cool! The lobby constantly smelled like fish food or a hamster cage or something... usually had to hold my breath to get up to the room but the rest was nice.
The hotel was in a good central location and close to beach access. The surrounding neighborhood wasn’t the best. It’s located next to a condemned building and lots of transients hanging around the outside of the hotel asking for money every time you walk outside. Not the safest area.
The hotel is clean, the stuff is friendly, the location is excellent and the price was right.

This trip was planned as a getaway after our wedding. When we arrived they had us booked for only 2 nights but we paid for 3...After about 15 minutes the desk staff had the issue resolved. We purchased a King Balcony room and they said that they didnt have any of those rooms available but would give us a room with a terrace. We figured that would work until to got to the room. The room was half the size of the one we booked, the terrace was dark, dirty and had views of outrageously dirty apt buildings, and to top it off, the room smelled of musk and cleaner. They then moved us to another room with no balcony which was much better but it was much cheaper than the price we paid. They promised that we would get a balcony room with a great view the next day when one became available. After 1pm, the next day, we finally got a king balcony room but the view was horrible because of 2 palm trees the stood directly in front of the balcony. It was ridiculously small and barely had room for the 1 chair that was on it. I was very disappointed that we were not accomidated based on what we paid for and to top it all off, IT IS NOT A BEACHFEONT HOTEL AS ADVERTISED IN ITS DESCRIPTION. I WOULD NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL EVER AGAIN AND WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECCOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE.....EVER!
Service is excellent! The property has services "on the beach" as well which is only very short walk from the front door.
