This is a very nice Hotel close to the Zocalo and the Presidential Palace. The Staff was just the best. The reception, Guest services the waiters and the parking attendats…. Ana, Gonzalo, Jair, Roberto, Ullises and many others that took care of us for 5 amazing days. They made our vacation memorable. Stephania with her morning tour was amazing also!! Would give them 10 stars!! Breakfast was super good. Variety and the open Cafeteria is a plus… This is the Gem of Mexico City!!

Excellent service. We feel at home. All employees very helpful, friendly and kind. The food very delicious. The hotel is very clean. We arrived in the early morning and everything was ready for our stay and they were very courteous in even offering us warm milk for our children. If we went to Mexico City again we would definitely stay in the same place again.

Great location in the historic district, close to many tourist locations. Easy to get an Uber to other locations. The staff is welcoming and friendly. Yummy breakfast is provided daily and they have a snack bar that’s included for guest. They can arrange airport transportation for a fee just contact hotel directly. I would definitely stay again.
