The hotel was nice and we booked it so we could take a very early flight, but there were many problems with the service and the room. First we were given the wrong room with a single bed after specifically asking for a double room. After being assigned the correct room, the faucet worked intermittently and the shower head was damaged. Worst of all the thermostat would not allow the room to be cooler than 80 degrees which made sleeping impossible. The restaurant was extremely slow and brought cold mediocre food. We tried talking to the manager in the morning about the thermostat and they stated they couldn’t do anything and we would need to wait to be contacted by customer service. It was a very disappointing experience.

Waited 40 minutes in line for check-in. Then 20 minutes to get checked in. They found my reservation immediately but the girl did not know what she was doing. Seemed only 1 out of 4 receptionists knew how the system worked. Other people took even longer. Many were very mad. Check-in at a Super 8 takes a few minutes!!!!

Convenient and basic at a high price.
This was a difficult hotel to rate. It was very convenient in T2, minutes walk from Arrivals and Departures. 10/10 Signage was lacking. Multiple signs in different directions. 5/10 Check in was Slooooow. 2 people checking in, 3 people hovering. 4/10 *Times may vary. The room was large, very large. But there were no furnishings to make it feel comfortable. Very good eletrical/computer friendly connections. Beds were amazing. Options for different pillows. 8/10 Amenities were odd. No bathroom items that I would have expected from a hotel at this price. No toothbrush, an essential for an overnight hotel. The only towels were 2 bath towels, no hand/face towels. Only one cup for morning coffee, no tea. Bar fridge was empty. 4/10 Before arrival I had received an email telling me details of free late checkout. I was then told that I had to pay for late checkout. The next day I spoke with the manager and this was sorted out and I got a refund. Not the best way to deal with customers. 5/10 Would I go again? Yes. The convenience trumps all other issues. Last chance? Yes.
