My second time and love the old European feel of the place. The have lovely classical music in the lobby. My only criticism is that during breakfast in the beautiful breakfast room they had modern rock-ish music. Happily will return.

I wouldn’t NOT stay again, but will look elsewhere
It was lovely but has seen better days. The carpets did not look clean at all. Other than one person, the staff was pleasant and helpful. The food in the restaurant was pretty good but the service was pretty slow. I only received one water per night (which is much appreciated) but others in my party received 2. The bathroom itself was very clean. The bed was a little soft for my liking so my back was sore in the mornings. Also the room was dark and had absolutely no views.

Nice historic hotel but there is a lot of nigh life on a daily basis. Good food and convenient stores nearby. The bull room was not available to view which was disappointing but rest of décor was nice to see.

Nice old fashioned hotel(built in 1907) in the heart of Zona Rosa. The room was large and clean… the bed was quite comfortable. The attached restaurant next door was great for breakfast and the main restaurant served fine dinner choices. Telephone Bar was a hoot!!
