The front desk woman that was there on May 27 around 9 am was rude and unprofessional. I booked my disabled cousin there and when our cousin went there to pick her up… he was treated rudely and unprofessionally. I will not and do not recommend or book here again. Poor management. Poor staffing.

The lady that was working in the evening was horrible, she called the room to claim that the next-door neighbor was complaining of noise when, in fact, we were making any noise at all, she came in, pounded on the door complaining, next thing I know there are Burbank police?? Unbelievable experience, she needs to be disciplined and fired for her actions.

Staff was very friendly and polite. Though we kept hearing upstairs neighbor’s walking and tv, the bathroom faucet handle was extremely hard to turn and shower head needed declogging, I would definitely stay here again. Great security measures and underground parking (additional fee) were great amenities. Allowing cats in the rooms during our stay was a big plus in our books!
