Great place!
our only complaint was there was no microwave to reheat some items, but other than that it was a perfect space for two and everything was very unique and elegant. Would definitely come back and stay at this one or any other citizenM hotel.

Central location. Walk to Grand Central Market for diverse food, Walt Disney Concert Hall in heart of historic downtown. The hotel is so modern and clean with staff who all seemed to go out of their way to be kind and accommodating. The only negative was no parking, but there was a public parking structure right next door for $38 a day (not for the purpose of going in and out at leisure).

Affordable luxury
Our stay at CitizenM was A . From check in to check out the staff were all very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We had a terrible situation with our food delivery from a local restaurant and they stepped in to help us redeem the situation. They were also very helpful with my boyfriend's very special plans for our Valentine's weekend at the hotel. The room was also very nice (albeit small) but the amenities were also great. Overall it was a GREAT experience and I would for sure stay again.
Small rooms but very effficiently designed. Nice and modern facilities. There are several parking lots within walking distance that can resolve the lack of hotel parking.
