Design and decor were very nice. Room was a bit small, but to be expected. Overall, very nice public areas and friendly staff. I felt safe and comfortable at the hotel and would definitely stay again.

Hotel staff at front desk extremely unfriendly and unaccommodating. I did not feel welcome at all and they seemed annoyed when checking me in. When I handed over my discover credit card for the incidentals deposit, the gal checking me in asked her coworker (under her breath) if my card was legit and made a snide comment about how she’s never seen anyone use a discover card. The next day I had a small bag of drugstore items delivered and went down to pick it up and it was on the side end counter for anyone to grab. They acknowledged me with an eye roll and didn’t even confirm it was for me.Anyone could’ve taken it. The hotel is very stingy with providing an adequate amount of water, towels, and toilet paper. We had one roll of toilet paper, two 5 oz water bottles, and two bath towels provided each day. I went down and asked for more waters at one point and the guy told me he could only give me two. There are no drugstores or grocery stores within walking distance to buy water otherwise I would’ve happily stocked up on my own. On-site restaurant staff was also unfriendly. We asked if we could sit near the window to the right of the bar at Bar Lis & they said all tables were reserved.We were there for over an hour and only one table near the windows was occupied the entire time. Housekeeping was very friendly and the hotel in general was very clean. Aside from the these two things, the experience was not a positive one and I would not go back and stay there again.

smallest room I have ever stayed in an No light, window opens to dark courtyard and have to keep blackouts shut or it is a fishbowl!!

Staff was good. First room was very dirty and the AC made a rubbing sound every 22 seconds. Moved to a new room. Rooms do not have desks or working areas - so not good for business travelers.
