I stayed on the 17th floor in the club room, and the overall experience was excellent. I especially appreciated the fact that breakfast and dinner was included as part of the package.

Great location. It has floral smell that is way too strong on the hallways. I wanted to take a bath but water is not hot enough. Overall it's ok but I am not impressed.

Great Stay for a Great Price!
This hotel was wonderful and in a great location! The room was what I would expect from a luxury-ish style hotel, especially in the middle of downtown LA. The service was wonderful and very accommodating. I wish I had taken advantage of their free taxi-like service but I had friends taking me around anyways. I did not hear any outside noise and I only heard my neighbors if they were being loud, otherwise, it was a pretty perfect stay. Bed was very comfortable! The only improvements I would suggest are softer towels as it felt like they were old because they were rough and felt scratchy and add a light in the closet, as I had a hard time looking into it. The hallway light did not give enough light because it was around the corner from the closet. Additionally, Finding the hotel was also a challenge as my friend and I used Google Maps and I did not notice it did not have the exact address so we were circling until we figured out where it was. The front desk attendant told us to look up the exact address next time, so next time we will be checking this more thoroughly.
