Roomy but very uncomfortable bed
The rooms are big and the kitchen useful. The bed was very uncomfortable, to be avoided if you have back problems. The shower was too small, the shower head awkward, and water not hot enough.

Almost perfect
The staff where friendly and proffesional when we entered, had a small issue with our room and we where switched rooms straight away with no fuss. Comfortable spacious and clean. Everything was excellent, only gripe was the tv had been removed from the wall in the bedroom so the lazy morning was not quite there. Apart from that. Brilliant

We enjoyed our stay here. Very quiet so we were able to sleep well after busy days of wandering around. Felt safe in the building. I would definitely stay here again. All the people who worked at the hotel desk were friendly.

Just what I needed
Great short stay apartment, the location was on-point, a stone's throw to Liverpool st Station. Can be noisy as I was street facing. But very convenient all the same. I got upgraded to the penthouse, which was nice!

Very tired and grubby
You stay here for the extra space, self catering and location. Decor is cheap and old. Bathroom a disgrace - broken toilet flush, mould in shower, door that doesn’t fit to washing machine. Bedroom has ludicrously tiny TV. Why only one picture in living room - otherwise walls are bare.

The room was not as described. It was filthy, and when we complained, the staff were rude and refuse to take any action to resolve the situation. There were numerous other occupants also complaining that same night. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The best feature about this hotel is its location. You can take the Elizabeth line train directly from Heathrow to Liverpool Street Station; walk across the street, and arrive at the hotel. It is well located for access to public transportation to get anywhere in and around London. There are both local restaurants within walking distance as well as well-known franchises. The lobby and hallways are outdated and shabby. The room itself was fine. It was clean, spacious and had all the amenities listed eg kitchenette with fridge and microwave and washer/dryer. Pick this one for location and spend all your time exploring London.
