We love the shower it was so nice and the water wasn't hard. The things we didn't like was the room smelled musty everyday and the air conditioner never cut off and we had to keep adjusting thermostat.

Great spot
This is a great spot. some of the motel remodels in Tahoe don't really stick the landing but this place is genuinely nice, with a great vibe, pro staff, and everything in the room seemed high quality. I recommend the attached restaurant Toulouse, even if just for a drink. A couple from NOLA runs it and they are great.

Best hotel experience I've ever had
My daughter was hospitalized the day of our trip due to unfortunate circumstances. Not only did they give me a full refund but they worked withhotels.com to process the refund for me. This customer service is incredible and I will only be staying at this establishment in South lake Tahoe from now on.

The room was comfortable, clean, and updated. The hit tub was great for after skiing. The restaurant was good. It’s a five minute walk from Heavenly village. Parking was free and easy.

The hotel is conveniently located and the rooms are dark but comfortable. The lobby area is cozy and they offer complimentary coffee and tea. The reception staff was not very helpful probably due to lack of proper training. Our room was pretty dusty and the outdoor hot tub is very small. But in spite some of the negatives, I think it is still value for money.
