Booked a corner room hoping for a more peaceful experience as we needed to wake up early. Ended up with the corner facing the freeway. Parking is a disaster and is valet only. We received additional charges on our card that we did not agree to - not the standard hotel hold. Hotel is not responding to calls. Staff was friendly and helpful. Didn't partake in any of the other amenities.

Bumpy experience
Check in took over an hour since the hotel could not find my prepaid reservation. After I asked if they had the same room I paid for (deluxe suite) they confirmed, but on entry to the room we were put in a standard room. I called the front desk to inquire and they told me they would call me back in 5-10 mins but after an hour no one had called. I called back asked about the difference and they offered me breakfast vouchers and said I needed to follow up with hotels.com to remediate the pricing and booking issue. I was charged for the breakfast vouchers on my stay, and was denied any refund for the difference between what I paid for the upgraded room and the room I was put into. I am still trying to get a receipt as I have pending charges to my card that do not align with my stay and I have not yet been provided the difference between what I paid for and the room I got.
