Check-in was easy, super friendly staff. We were able to do earlier check-in, for an extra fee of course, but completely worth it. Bus to Disneyland was definitely appreciated! Thank you for a great stay!

Chose this hotel because it was close to Disneyland and offered shuttle service and was wheelchair accessible. We had a live cricket in our room. Ended up finding it in the bathroom which terrified my daughter. She kept thinking bugs were crawling on her because of it. We were notified that the water was scheduled to be turned off from 10 am till 12pm. So they could do repairs. The hotel looks nice on the outside but the rooms really need to be updated. The hallway ceiling had a missing square and there were three or four extension cords in our room… due to the lack of outlets. We took the ADA accessible shuttle that they offer and the wheelchair lift quit working once my daughter was lifted into the bus. Luckily it didn’t stop working while she was on it. We had to take her chair apart to get it and my daughter off of the shuttle. Which isn’t an easy task with all of the heavy components and battery. Fortunately we were able to get her off. I told the front desk about it and the lady just stared at me then said the parking charge would be taken out of my deposit. Besides these mishaps we found the hotel to be quiet and we felt secure there.

I was unfortunately disappointed
I have been staying here for years. But im noticing the prices going up but the comfort and service going down. The beds are EXTREMELY uncomfortable. The pillows are just as bad. And it feels like we're covering with loud tissue paper. One of the staff members in the cafe is very rude. I witnessed her and a guest arguing in front of others. The staff had an "i dont care" attitude. The few days we stayed we went to the cafe each day and not once did she say hi or bye. At 9:35pm we asked to order food and she said it was too late even though the sign said we can order until 10pm. When i asked about it, she said the sign was wrong. I hate to admit that i may look for another hotel to stay at. And we go to Disneyland often. We are magic key holders.

The dining services were great for both breakfast, snacks, and dinner. The shuttle to Disneyland was excellent. It definitely made a positive impact on our Disney experience. The hotel is older, and not updated which is why I gave it a four out of five star. But the service and staff are five star.
