Unique Relaxing Suite at Lanikai Beach, Legal Vacation Rental

TA-035-471-3600-01/License No. 90/BB-0018. Lanikai means "heavenly water" . Just cross the street to one of best beaches in the world. Its sister beach, Kailua Beach, has been called the best beach in the US. Come relax in our spacious suite has its own king size bed, private bath, and cooking area. Children must be 12 yo. Cleaning fee is $100 CASH on arrival.

This large suite is decorated in "old school" Hawaiian, including a carved wood dining table from Bali. Beach chairs, towels & umbrellas are provided for your use. It's completely furnished with a king size bed and either a sleeper sofa or futon in each room along with cooking appliances (2 burner hotplate, microwave, toaster & coffeemaker) and utensils (pots, pans, etc). No BBQ grill.

You have your own private bath with blow dryer, towels and linens, SMART TV, secure wireless internet access and beach accessories (chairs, umbrellas & beach towels).

Laundry facilities are not provided, however, there are several laundry mats nearby in Kailua Town. We provide fresh linens once a week and towels upon request; all other housekeeping is the responsibility of the guest.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchenette with a refrigerator and a microwave. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker, an ironing board, and a dining table.

Good Choice
We decided to stay here because of the proximity to Lanakai Beach – and it was fabulous! Check in directions provided via text message were clear, and parking was easy. The inside of the unit was decent. Comfortable bed, bathroom necessities, and kitchen basics (small fridge, microwave, and electric cooking plate). The lock on the building entrance occasionally gave us some trouble, but other then that we felt secure and had a nice stay.

This large studio was clean, welcoming, nicely supplied and had a fantastic backyard view from the balcony. Really appreciated the off-street parking (critical!). Lovely beaches right in the neighborhood and a fun downtown a short drive away. Did not know before that Oahu was so beautiful!

What a find!
Close to the most beautiful beach! Close to the charming town of Kailua! Close to a great hike! The back porch is a wonderful place to hang out and the space itself is cozy and clean.
