301 Ocean One - 4 Bedroom Oceanfront Condo

301 Ocean One is located on South Forest Beach! This four-bedroom, three-bathroom, third-floor, end unit, oceanfront condo is great for the entire family!

There are three king bedrooms and a fourth room with two double beds, and all are equipped with TVs. Also, there are three private balconies with gorgeous views of the ocean. Just steps away from the beach and the pool, your vacation is sure to be relaxing.

This condo has an updated open kitchen, stainless steel appliances, a beverage fridge, dishwasher, and washer and dryer. The dining table has four chairs and a long bench for seating of six to eight people. There are also two bar stools to give a full house full seating. The living room is bright and airy with amazing views, and a large balcony overlooking the ocean.

The first oceanfront bedroom has a king bed and private balcony. This bedroom connects to the next guest bedroom via the shared bathroom. This guest bedroom has 2 double beds and a TV. The next guest bedroom features a private bathroom and king bed. The final bedroom has a king bed and another private balcony, perfect for morning coffee or an evening cocktail or to relax and soak up the scenery!

Access to the beach is available next door at the Beach House or at Coligny which is a very short walk. ( Projects projected dates are starting as early as Nov 1, 2024 and ending by March 1, 2025. Please note that there could be unexpected delays due to weather.)

Condo was clean and well maintained. Nice beach vibe. Excellent view and short walk to the beach. Lots of chairs by the pool, very nice. Plenty of towels. Appears to be recently renovated! Would definitely come back.

We were very pleased with the property. All of the rooms were a good size and we were very pleased with the size of the kitchen/den/dining area. The view was amazing. It was very clean and extremely easy to access the beach and restaurants and shops. We highly recommend this property.

The unit, pool, and beach was lovely. Our unit was right beside major construction going on. Would not have rented there had we known…lots of noise. We had to send pictures to management and make several calls which was no fun on vacation.

Great Family Vacation location
The condo was perfect for our family vacation. It was well stocked and arranged for our family of 7. The kitchen and dining table were large enough for our entire family. The porches were great for outside dining. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the ocean. The only downside for some would be the music from The Tikki Hut next door. We enjoyed the music but it could be loud at times.

Wonderful place to stay!
We stayed here for our son’s bootcamp graduation and absolutely loved it. The condo was very clean and had plenty of space. The pool and access to the beach provided great ways to relax, while the location made it easy to get to things on the island. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
