First and foremost, the staff was superb, particularly Shartrice who helped me figure out my reservation (I deleted my virtual card by mistake) and offered me an early check-in. Property itself is fine. As a Diamond member, I appreciated the manager’s HH, free breakfast was great with plenty of options and the hotel is in a quiet location. The downside: I could not get the virtual key to work (even after the desk sent me a new one). The pillows in the room were TERRIBLE (but the bed was comfortable) and location wise, while it is cheaper than staying downtown, not the greatest. There’s literally NOTHING else there and while I did not mind walking the bridge, I would not stay again (Uber and Lyft, for a 10-minute drive across the bridge averaged about $22-$24 which is ridiculous).
